Delivery and payments

§ 1. PAYMENT METHODS

In the store ariahair.pl the following payment methods are available:

Electronic payments and cards:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay
  • BLIK
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Deferred payments:

  • Klarna – buy now, pay later or in installments

Payments are processed through the secure Shopify Payments platform. The connection is encrypted with an SSL certificate. The merchant does not store payment card details.

Payment is due immediately after placing your order. Your order will be processed once payment has been received.

§ 2. DELIVERY

Delivery Area

The store delivers throughout Poland and to selected European countries and outside the EEA (m.in. United Arab Emirates). Available destinations are visible when placing your order.

Lead time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment. Once the package has been shipped, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.

Shipping cost

Delivery within Poland is free of charge for all orders.

International delivery costs are calculated individually and presented when placing the order, before finalizing it.

Delivery time

  • Poland: 1–3 business days from dispatch
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Outside the EEA (m.in. UAE): 5–14 business days

The times given are approximate and may be extended in the event of increased carrier traffic or during holiday periods.

§ 3. PACKAGE RECEIPT

Upon receiving your package, we recommend checking its external condition in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, please complete a damage report with the carrier and contact us immediately at concierge@ariahair.pl.

§ 4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order in your customer account under My orders.
