When is it worth choosing custom hair extensions?

ARIA Atelier makes it possible to prepare lengths not available in the regular collection, including intermediate sizes and extra-long strands. The availability of a specific length is confirmed individually after a consultation.
Signature, multidimensional shade
Natural color is rarely completely uniform. Therefore, an order can include a composition of several tones, a subtle root melt effect, balayage, sombre, or a seamless transition between shades. The blend is matched based on current photos of your hair taken in daylight.
Weight matched to your planned hairstyle
The amount of hair depends on the density of your natural strands, the length difference, and the expected result. A discreet thickening requires a different weight than a full, long hair line. Before placing your order, you will receive a recommendation regarding the number of packs and total weight.
Tape-In or Keratin Bonds?
Custom orders are available for two professional ARIA HAIR systems:
- Tape-In — for clients who choose discreet, flat tapes and regular maintenance at the salon.
- Keratin Bonds — for clients expecting precise strand placement, natural movement, and a custom-designed volume.
Both methods require professional application by a stylist. The system recommendation takes into account the condition and density of your natural hair, your lifestyle, and the expected result.
How to place a custom order? A 5-step process
- Consultation and photos. You send current photos of your hair and a brief description of the expected effect.
- Project recommendation. The ARIA team suggests the method, length, shade, and weight tailored to your transformation.
- Specification approval. Before fulfillment, you receive a project summary, price, and the estimated preparation time.
- Preparation at ARIA Atelier. The order is created according to the accepted configuration.
- Quality control and delivery. After quality control, the hair is shipped directly to you or to a designated salon.
How to prepare photos for shade matching?
Good photos allow for a more accurate assessment of tone, highlights, and the difference between roots and ends. Take them:
- in natural daylight, without direct sunlight,
- without filters or color correction,
- from the back and both sides,
- on dry, detangled hair,
- so that the full length is visible—from roots to ends.
If your hair has been freshly colored, please inform us during the consultation. It is also worth noting any planned coloring treatments before the application.
How much does it cost and how long does the order take?
The price and lead time depend on the length, weight, method, and complexity of the color. You will receive these details along with the full specification before approving the order, so your decision is based on a complete recommendation.
